Immerse yourself in eight weeks of enriching sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours, with a culminating all-day session after the sixth week. Each session kicks off with a dedicated period of mindfulness practice, featuring invigorating exercises like the body scan, gentle yoga, and focused sitting meditation.
Between sessions, engage in daily 45-minute practices of these exercises, and discover specific techniques to seamlessly weave mindfulness into your everyday routine.
